WELCOME TO
TERRARIUM

We’re on a mission to increase India’s sustainable materials footprint as a solution to climate challenges.

We orchestrate the commercial pilots, partnerships, and capital flows required to scale sustainable materials. We convene founders, technical experts, capital providers, and industry leaders to solve the specific barriers preventing new materials from reaching commercial scale. Our unique diagnostic approach drives market-focused strategies that de-risk adoption and build partnerships needed to scale next-gen materials.

Where science meets business and society.

The Terrarium unveiled the synergy between technology, startups and sustainability. Amidst the knowledge sharing and networking — I discovered a community united by a shared commitment to innovation with purpose. I will certainly be back.”

Arun Vijayan, Co-founder of Deepfleet

I got a term sheet from an investor that I met at your event. So the forum was super amazing with a tangible outcome!”

Arpit Dhupar, Founder of Dharaksha Ecosolutions

“It is a really good initiative because startups get really genuine feedback from peers who have experienced or are going through similar challenges.”

Sangeetha Menon, Founder of Hedrad Panels

“To be honest, I was skeptical. How helpful could it really be? As someone who's received vague comments and inapplicable advice, I wasn't expecting new perspectives.

Boy, was I wrong.

I found myself among incredibly intelligent founders who had navigated their own versions of our challenges and genuinely understood our pain points. What made it special wasn't just the solutions, it was the questions, stories, and advice that flowed naturally.”

Marie Eric, Founder of Tastee Tape

Mridu is a venture builder with ~7 years of experience at the intersection of climate-tech, venture development, and design.

At Terrarium, she orchestrates the platform’s commercialization efforts, partnering with material founders to bridge the gap between lab-scale innovation and industrial adoption. The focus is on providing the diagnostic clarity and network access required to unlock institutional capital and secure commercial pilots.
